It's nightlife is dominated by a truck stop and a beer hall, it's soccer team aspires to qualify for the ninth division next season, and it's biggest employer is a faux-organic slaughterhouse. Mayor Alfons Zischl Jr. (Maximilian Brückner, Reformation, Arctic Circle) has his own problems... he's neck-deep in debt, his Mercedes has been seized, he has a bad drug habit, he's been kidnapped and locked in a freezer... and that's just the beginning of the story!
