Christopher Lee, Andrew Keir, Diablo, a pirate ship damaged while fighting as part of the Spanish Armada in 1588, is forced to make land near a small British coastal village. With hostile intentions, they convince the isolated townspeople that England was defeated in battle and that they are now ruling their country.
