Three's a Crowd & the Chaser
Breaking from the studios, baby-faced Harry Langdon produced and starred in these two silent comedies. In Three’s a Crowd (1927/64 mins) Harry sees that family life isn’t what he hoped it would be after rescuing a pregnant homeless woman in the slums. The Chaser (1928/60 mins) finds Harry in an uproarious gender-bending role reversal to make amends for his wicked ways. Both films were restored using 35mm and 16mm prints. Silent. B&w/NR/fullscreen.
