The actor known as "The King of Cool," was clearly a Hollywood A-lister in the 1960s and well into the 1970s. His personal passion for the sport landed him a role in the auto racing film epic Le Mans (1971), about the 24-hour Grand Prix auto race in France. Complete with interviews of McQueen’s friends and families, this documentary captures the essence of that passion and details all the production problems that came with the making of the film. Directed by Gabriel Clarke & John McKenna. 2015/color-b&w/112 min/NR/widescreen.
