Alain Formaggio, expert in Krav Maga self-defense, shows you how to counter attack in an urban environment facing all types of attacks from weapons (cutter, knife, gun...), kicks, punches, knives, bat attacks, or efficiently defending yourself against surprise strangulation or violent grabs. Many attacks are analyzed: walking in the street, on motorbike, in the car, in an apartment hall, on your doorstep, against a wall, in a staircase, etc. The defenses will be done bare hand or with usual objects: newspaper, bottle, chair, etc. The techniques are filmed at different angles, then shown at normal speed, then slow motion, and then explained in their context by the author. Alain Formaggio is the Chief Instructor in the training center of the Parisian police (France). International expert, 8th degree of professional self-defense FFTS (Switzerland) and co-founder of the Close Combat Operational System (Belgium). He is also an instructor of Savate and French boxing, former member of Savate self-defense and stick defense National Commission, the 2004 winner in Korea with the French delegation of the biggest martial art festival in the world, a former Krav Maga instructor IKMF (Israel), and the current Technical Director of the World Krav Maga Federation (Italy).
