The practice of Jujitsu is the art of combat par excellence. It includes all the techniques at different distances: From striking, hand-to-hand, and throwing distances, to ground control. The effectiveness of the three distances is based on the quality of supports, opportunity, anticipation, timing, fitness, and biomechanical laws of the body. The effectiveness of the movement depends on all of these factors. These methods can be used in all Martial Arts and Fighting Sports. Instructors Eric Candori and Olivier D'Amario are 4th Dan black belt in Judo and Ju-Jitsu, former internationals, state certified, ranked in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and black belt in full contact. Together, they will show you valuable exercises and techniques designed to get good body poses in the three distances, to be effective in action, and in the movement.
