All that sad sack L.A. sound engineer William Brown (Jonah Ray) wanted was to stay in his apartment and compose his prog-rock magnum opus in peace-and that wasn't happening, because of the constant noise from oafish new neighbor Vlad (Alex Winter). Finally working up the courage to face his nemesis, the confrontation goes lethally wrong... and William's efforts at cover-up lead to more fatalities and bizarre hallucinations.
